Kalwun Community Care Service offers a Wellness Centre located in the tranquil surrounds of the Bonogin Valley.
You can come and kick back or be involved in the variety of weekly programs and activities on offer including, but not limited to:
- Arts and crafts
- Aqua exercise at the local pools
- Movies and Ipads
- BBQs and picnics
- Bingo
- Lawn bowls
- Light exercise and walking track at Bonogin
- Shopping and trips to Op shops or local/seasonal markets
- Friday outings.(check out this months calendar!)
- Cultural activities and events
Our Wellness Centre community can also sign up for weekly day-trips and places of interest are driven by what you want to do.
For your convenience, the centre also has a range of visiting allied health services including a physio and occupational therapist.
Home-made morning tea and lunches are provided by our Chef and Kalwun meals provide hearty meals delivered to your door with a social check in weekly.
Join us Mondays and Wednesdays at Upper Coomera Community Centre and Bonogin centres for our Cultural days.

Eligibility
The program is for people aged 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).

To access this service you will need to contact My Aged Care. Visit www.myagedcare.gov.au to find information about aged care and accessing the services that are right for you or call the My Aged Care contact centre on 1800 200 422 from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm Saturday (your local time, no matter where in Australia you live).
