Kalwun Jarjums Playgroup supports and enhances learning in young children with a strong emphasis on play-based learning.
This FREE service provides a central community point for those with young children to build and develop relationships, support each other and access important child and parent related information with a strong cultural connection.
The program provides:
- a family-friendly centre approach
- a collaborative approach to each child’s social and emotional wellbeing
- guest speakers, excursions and interactive sessions.
When
The Burleigh playgroup operates every Tuesday from 10am until 12pm during Queensland school terms.
The Coomera playgroup operates every Thursday from 10am until 12pm during Queensland school terms.

Eligibility
Kalwun Jarjums Playgroup is for parents/carers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 0–5 years.
