If you're an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person who enjoys living independently but just needs a bit of support, you might be eligible for National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care (NATSIFAC).

What is NATSIFAC?

NATSIFAC is a fast, flexible, and culturally supported in-home and community care program designed to help those who need a little extra assistance to live comfortably at home. We believe in working with you, not for you, to ensure you receive the care and support that respects culture and your independence.

It's about more than just care; it's about connection and encouragement so you can live your life to the fullest every day!

  • Social support with connection and cultural activities
  • Support with shopping and meal preparation
  • Transport services medical and social visits
  • Help with yard maintenance

Eligibility

NATSIFAC is available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals aged 50+ (or 45+ if you're on a low income or at risk of homelessness).

This is more than just an aged-care service, it’s a unique, culturally appropriate program created by mob, for mob.
